Bookings are taken all year round and are for the villa per week, not per person.  A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. There is also a £150 security bond - this is held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday (providing no damage has occurred) this needs to be sent with the 25% deposit. Full details of the booking conditions will be sent to you upon confirmation of the booking.

Unfortunately we do not reserve bookings for same sex parties under 25 years old and strictly no pets.

Villa Aegean View is a strictly no smoking villa.
